The Rochelle Community Hospital Laboratory provides both routine and STAT (urgent) testing to support timely diagnosis and treatment. Our lab is staffed by highly trained professionals dedicated to accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate patient care.

Flexible Scheduling
If you are unable to visit during regular hours, after-hours appointments may be arranged with advance notice.

• Appointments may be delayed if lab staff are responding to emergency needs

• Daily courier service to OSF Saint Francis Hospital (Peoria) and SwedishAmerican Hospital (Rockford) supports referred laboratory and pathology testing
• STAT (urgent) referred tests are transported immediately by hospital personnel when needed
• A Northern Illinois Pathology pathologist provides professional consultation through monthly or as-needed on-site visits
• Frozen lab sections are available Monday through Friday with 24-hour notice

• EKGs receive immediate computerized interpretation
• All lab results are peer-reviewed by OSF HealthCare Cardiovascular Institute or the Illinois Pediatric Cardiology Group, ensuring accurate and timely results for both adult and pediatric patients
