Community Health Needs Assessment
Rochelle Community Hospital is committed to improving the health of our community by regularly evaluating local healthcare needs and responding with meaningful programs and services. As part of our commitment and federal requirements for nonprofit hospitals, we conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years in collaboration with community partners to identify and address our region's most significant health priorities.
