The month of September continues with our Positively Recognized program where RCH employees recognize and nominate co-workers when they go above and beyond in any of the following areas of our Dare to Soar Values:

Commitment, Project Professionalism, Respectful Communication, Personal Ownership, and Excellence. The winner was then drawn from the pool of nominations for the month.

Tony Tuttle, House Supervisor RN was named RCH’s Positively Recognized for the month of September! His nomination reads:

“Tony has been recognized several times by the Patient Access staff and Coordinator. They report that he rounds several times throughout each night and offers breaks to the PA staff. He responds quickly and appropriately when needed and handles difficult situations very well. Tony’s presence on night shift is very much appreciated as the House Supervisor. Not only is he there to support Med/Surg but also makes the rest of the hospital part of his nightly responsibilities. Thank you for striving to deliver Excellence to our staff and patients.”
