Rochelle Community Hospital will be offering Sports Physicals on Thursday, June 30 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Family Healthcare Clinic in the Health & Wellness Center south side of the hospital. Any high school, middle school or Rochelle Junior Tackle athlete is invited. Masking is required along with screening. A parent is required to be present for consent. Included with the sports physical is a free physical therapy assessment offered by RCH Rehabilitation Services staff. XCEL Orthopedic specialist, Dr. Gadini Delisca, will also be on hand to answer any questions.
The cost is $35, cash or check only. No insurance will be accepted.
We’d like to remind parents that this physical does not meet the requirements for incoming 6th graders, freshman school physicals or college sports physicals.
All proceeds will be donated back to the school/organizations represented.
