The First Quarter Pillar Award is given to recognize Daniel Pineda, who displays positive Dare to Soar behaviors and characteristics from our standards, values, and RCH mission.
Our Information Systems are complex! With each issue presented to Daniel, he takes the initiative to identify and solve the specific issue before it escalates. He shows patience as he guides through the issue and, in many cases, mentors so others understand the process. Daniel fosters such a positive, collaborative environment. Daniel understands our time constraints and offers additional support and follow-up as we need. While it seems that IS can speak a different language, Daniel is always able to communicate complex information clearly without judgment and provides consistent and incredible support.
