Due to decreased demand, Rochelle Community Hospital has announced new hours for their COVID-19 Triage Line. Effective immediately, new hours will be Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Non-emergent COVID-19 questions relating to symptoms, testing or vaccination can be addressed by calling 815-561-8829 and an RCH nurse will assist you. Callers have the ability to leave a message and the call will be returned during the Triage Line hours of operation.
RCH activated the COVID-19 Triage Line on March 19, 2020 to address questions, provide screening and testing if indicated.
Community members are advised to continue wearing a mask, staying at least six feet away from others, avoiding crowds, and washing your hands often. No one tool alone is going to stop the pandemic.
