Congratulations to Lisa Charboneau, RN, who is our High Performer for November! Lisa is a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Rehabilitation and has 16 years of service at RCH.

Her nomination reads, “Lisa transferred to Cardiac Rehab as lead RN in April 2021 from her House Supervisor position. She jumped right in hands on with the patients and without hesitation. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and has already developed capabilities that make her one of the most valuable members of our team. She has the inherent compassion and genuine concern for the well-being of our most susceptible patients which further makes her indispensable. Her willingness for continuous learning and development proves that she strives to be a better healthcare provider each day. She never turns away from new responsibilities. Lisa has been actively seeking out RN’s to cross train in the Cardiac Rehab department to help cover open shifts. If you ask her, “she loves her job”. Lisa is a pillar for RCH and the community. She has built trust with all of her patients treating everyone with respect and professionalism. Our team looks forward to coming to work each day and Lisa has definitely made our department a better place to work.“
