Congratulations to Mark Price who is our High Performer for January! Mark is an Ultrasound Technologist in Radiology and has 30 years of service at RCH.
His nomination reads, “Mark Price provides excellent care to our patients; whatever hour of the day that may be. It’s not unusual for him to be called in to do an ultrasound on emergency patients during the night and he does so without complaint. Mark excels at putting nervous or anxious patients at ease and makes sure they are comfortable during their testing by showing compassion, courtesy and professionalism.
He has a great relationship with the staff, especially the Radiologists and our physicians. He also embraces continued education to keep current of the advances in imaging. When you talk to Mark about his job you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He truly cares about ‘his patients’, our hospital and our community. I hope Mark stays at RCH for many years to come! It is a pleasure to work with him and nominate him for this recognition he so deserves.”
