Congratulations to Jody Pagles who is our High Performer for May! Jody is the Multi-Specialty Clinic Coordinator and has 18 years of service at RCH.
Her nomination reads, “The reason I am nominating Jody Pagles is because she has always exceeded excellent care for Rochelle’s Multi Specialty clinic and OSF Vascular patients. While I am here, she is helpful and when I need someone right away, she assists with the patients. If she hears patients having difficulties walking in the hallway, Jody will come out and check on them to see if they need any extra assistance. I’ve noticed that she helps out with Convenient Care often, and she was thinking about learning to do EKG’s since staffing is low in that department. In my opinion this is exactly what excellent patient care and team work are. Jody does a great job keeping the patients happy by not having them wait and making the doctors happy as well. She is there for the patients and there for us too. I so appreciate Jody being a wonderful team player.”
