Congratulations Judy Williams!
Congratulations to Judy Williams who has been named the High Performer for September! Judy is the Chaplain and has been with RCH for 34 years.
“Judy has been with Rochelle Community Hospital for 30 years. She is the most caring and compassionate person that I’ve ever had the pleasure to know and our hospital is very blessed to have Judy here for us and our patients and their families. It is nothing for Judy to be called in for a patient or a patient’s family that is in need on a weekend or late at night. She never questions the phone call and has missed or had to leave multiple family commitments or sleep to come to the hospital to help someone in need. Judy is also a tremendous support for our community. If someone is in need at their home, Judy is there for them. It is just not in her vocabulary to say no to anyone who needs her. From the time she walks into our hospital, there are streams of staff, previous patients, community members and physicians looking for her. As a hospital, we are so fortunate to have her on our team as the heart of RCH.”
“I’m proud to say I’ve known Judy for at least 40 years, 30 of those also as a co-worker. I have honestly never met a single person who knows Judy that doesn’t love her. Her dedication and love for her family, friends and co-workers are unmeasurable. She willingly gives many people love and comfort they need during difficult times, especially here at the hospital. She should be on the hospital’s list of valuable assets that never depreciates.”
