7 a.m.-12 noon Free Health Screening: blood pressure, Lab draw for Hemoglobin A1C (blood sugar average) and PSA (prostate screen for men). No fasting required. Call 562-2181, ext. "0" to register.

11 a.m.-1 p.m. Luncheon provided by Presbyterian women. $6.50 per person

5:30-6:30 p.m. Question and answer with professional panel

6:30 p.m. Cooking demonstration focusing on sodium in the diet with samples, nutritional tips and recipes
