RCH All About Me Cancer Program Wins Big in Drag Racing Fundraiser

The Car Chix Annual Drag Racing for Life Breast Cancer Fundraiser was held on Saturday, July 23 at Byron Dragway as part of their Ladies Only Drag Racing Event. The RCH Foundation’s All About Me program was the benefactor this year receiving more than $1,200.

Radiology staff attended the Car Chix event to provide information and giveaways reminding women to get their mammograms.

It was great to watch Rochelle’s own Brittney Bonebright burn up the track in the Camaro she was racing! Thank you, Brittney, for suggesting that All About Me be this year’s beneficiary.

Please contact Michelle LaPage at 815-561-3110 for more information about All About Me or if you know of someone who could benefit from receiving one of the Cancer Care Bags or a scholarship. Additional information about the program can be found at

Car Chix is the Premier Motorsports Organization for Women. Car Chix takes great pride in providing support and resources for women at all levels of the motorsports and automotive industry.
