Easy Tomato Basil Dip
1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
2 Tablespoons Fat free Italian Dressing
2 Tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or serving platter. Mix tomatoes and dressing; spoon over cream cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil.
Serve with snack crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
