Stefanie Roberts Named RCH High Performer for February
Congratulations to Stefanie Roberts who was named our High Performer for the month of February! Stefanie is the Manager of Health Information Management and has been employed at RCH for one year and four months.
Her nomination reads, “In the little more than a year that Stefanie has been with us at RCH, she has been a breath of fresh air. She has brought a collaborative effort to the HIM department and made remote coding a seamless transition and transparent process. Her leadership through the ICD-10 conversion contributed to that transition being a non-event here at RCH. Most recently, through her contributions to the Communications Team, Stefanie has led the project of hanging new and modern photographs in the hallways. This project has turned out very well under Stefanie’s direction. In addition, Stefanie has graciously given of her time to help promote the latest round of Employee Forum meetings, including making sure refreshments and a prize were available at each meeting. Stefanie is a valued member of the RCH staff and she has certainly done her best to get involved in activities separate from her department to make the employee and patient experience as positive and rewarding as possible.”
