A member of the courtesy staff at Rochelle Community Hospital, Earle Pescatore, Jr., D.O., M.H.A. is an obstetrician/gynecologist with the Rock Valley Women's Health Center who specializes in a variety of gynecologic procedures, with special interest in continence. He is the former director of the Continence Center at the Rockford Clinic and completed his Master's of Health Administration, with a focus on healthcare policy, in 2004.

Dr. Pescatore graduated from Nova Southeastern University with his Doctor of Osteopathy in 1989. He completed his fellowship in Health Care Policy at Ohio University/American Osteopathy Association (AOA) in 2002. Prior to that, he held a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California/Davis, David Grant Medical Center and a General Surgery Internship at the U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) in Oakland. In addition to serving as Illinois Representative on the AOA House of Delegates since 2003, Dr. Pescatore has also served as a surgeon for the U.S. Marines and as Associate Department Head at the USNH in Guam.
