Patient Surveys Our patients have an opportunity to rate our performance by participating in our new survey process provided by Press Ganey, a healthcare surveying company. Patients will be contacted by Press Ganey to fill out a survey. Results are compiled by Press Ganey and provided to the hospital. Whether you come to the hospital on a regular basis to receive care or come once in a while, we want to hear from you.
Comment Cards If you have interest in giving us specific feedback, "comment cards" are available in all of the departments. They can be taken home and mailed back (postage paid) to the hospital. At Rochelle Community Hospital, we value your input and share the comments anonymously with our staff. Your comments can make a difference. |
